Intel interviews Vantrix at MWC about high density video transcoding solution

By Vantrix Marketing - March 28,2014

We were pleased to recently demonstrate our high density video transcoding solution at the recent Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona. If you didn't make it to Spain, you can get a taste for the solution by viewing the interview that took place at the show between Intel's Jim St. Leger and Laurent Boutet from Vantrix.

Vantrix demonstrated how up to 216 1080p HD streams could be simultaneously transcoded on its next generation high-density Multi-Screen Video (MSV) appliance, which can house up to 18 Intel i7 processors.

Vantrix will be demonstrating its MSV product line again at the upcoming NAB event in Las Vegas. Two new use cases will be on display that showcases the power of Vantrix transcoding technology combined with a high-density appliance architecture:

  • 4K/Ultra HD Streaming
  • 4K/Ultra HD HEVC Streaming

To schedule time for a visit, please request a meeting or email marketing@vantrix.com and we’ll set a time. You can also feel free to stop by for a visit during show hours. We will be co-located with Kontron in the Intel Partner pavilion at Connected Media World, NAB show 2014.
